Marquee Business Solutions ("Marquee", "we") is a sole-proprietor local-marketing business run by Jeff Schaeffer in Whitehall, Pennsylvania. These terms cover this website, the documents in our library, and the AI assistant connector at marqueebusinesssolutions.com/mcp described at /connector/.
The connector gives AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT business guidance for local business owners: review-value research, review-reply drafts, review-link formats, a Google Business Profile checklist, our current offer, and an opt-in way to send us your details. It is provided as-is, for general information, and may be changed, paused or withdrawn at any time without notice.
Review-value figures, ad-cost tables and worksheets are estimates built from the cited public research and stated assumptions. They are not a promise, forecast or guarantee of revenue, profit, rankings or customer counts for your business. Replace the assumptions with your own numbers before you budget.
Review replies and review-request messages are drafts. You are responsible for reading them, replacing placeholders such as [contact], confirming that any link opens the right listing, and deciding what to post. Marquee never posts on your behalf through the connector and never confirms private customer, patient or payment details.
The request_marquee_page tool runs only when you ask your assistant to send Marquee your business details. Doing so is a request for a page link, not a purchase; nothing is charged and no service starts until you and Jeff agree to it. How we handle what you send is in the privacy policy.
Do not use the connector to send false, abusive or unlawful content, to submit details for a business you do not represent, to attempt to overload it, or to bypass its rate limits. We may block access that does any of these.
Marquee's paid services (the Tap Card, the dashboard and action plan, and the Reply and Grow monthly plans) are sold separately under the offer shown on this site at the time of purchase, including the 30-day money-back guarantee. Prices in older library documents may be out of date; the connector's marquee_offer tool and this site's pricing page show the current offer.
To the extent the law allows, Marquee is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this site or the connector, including decisions made on the basis of estimates or drafts. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Pennsylvania law.
